# Getro joins Findem and launches Intelligent Job Posts

Getro has joined Findem, and with that, we’re launching Intelligent Job Posts — a new product that turns a standard job listing into an active recruiting workflow.

Here’s what that means practically: instead of a job post sitting on a board waiting for applicants, Intelligent Job Posts use the role description to search Findem’s talent data, identify qualified candidates, initiate outreach, and return a shortlist of people who are both a good fit and responsive. The posting becomes the top of a sourcing funnel, not a passive listing.

For teams that post a lot of roles — whether that’s a high-volume enterprise TA function or a VC platform team supporting multiple portfolio companies — this changes the math on what a job post is worth.
